AWESOME ENDING

INEM turned ni the champions of the District inter-high school Basketball Championship in Cartagena de Indias.  

The INEM team won after playing a hard match againts Comfenalco's one.

The final set was an out-and-out brawl for dominance, that  INEM team won, though barely.  

The Score after last second of play time was: 101-96

For a better society, we have to fight, we have to win".

That was part of the school hymn the followers Sang, for celebrating the victory.

El representativo del INEM derrotó 101-93 a Comfenalco, en un vibrante juego, que se tuvo que definir en tiempo extra, y conquistó el título del baloncesto juvenil de los Juegos Intercolegiados Distritales Supérate.

El encuentro se disputó en el coliseo del colegio Comfenalco, en donde los jugadores del Inem fueron mejores, mostraron todo el talento, que exhibieron durante el certamen. Justin Herrera, alero del INEM fue proclamó el mejor jugador del evento.

En el torneo Distrital estuvieron presentes 13 Instituciones, divididas en 2 grupos uno de seis y otro de siete. Los mejores encestadores del Inem fueron Yustin Llerena (con 43 puntos), Erick Cassiani (30) y Janer Pérez (18). Inem ahora redobla todas sus energías para representar a Bolívar en la gran final nacional.
